Marmorok 90 is Gemsa’s DTH drill rig, is designed especially for marble quarries.
Drilling hole for marble wire cutting operations. It is based on proven and tried technology with simple design, which ensures continuous and uninterrupted operation ,even in the harshest conditions.
Fine control of drilling functions
Easy to set up the rig with its versatile and flexi-boom structure. It is capable of drilling good in straight, vertical as well as horizontal holes. Thanks for Gemsa’s creative solution for rotary head, it saves time by both way drill and increase productivity.

Most efficient power
DEUTZ 3-cylinder engine with inline turbocharging with an integrated oil cooling system. Best cold starting properties even under extreme conditions. The engines in the power range < 56 kW meets to the US EPA Tier 4 i. All parts for maintenance on one side of the engine, long oil change intervals and easy changing of engine fluids reduce the running costs and increase the availability of the machinery.An efficient injection system and optimized combustion ensure optimum engine performance at low consumption.
3x3 Wheel drive
An independent three-wheel drive system helps provide traction on rough terrain. Traction system is pilot control from backside platform and from drilling control panel.
Negative brake release for towing.
Easy to maintain and service.
All service points can be easily accessed and maintained.

Marmorok 90E is Gemsa’s DTH drill rig, is designed especially for marble quarries. Basic difference then Marmorok 90, 90 E can also work with electric power to reducing overall cost of ownership.
Drilling hole for marble wire cutting operations. Marmorok 90 E ensures continuous and uninterrupted operation ,even in the harshest conditions.
Non-stop operation !
Rig has 22kW ie3 electric motor and also Deutz US EPA Tier 4 i diesel engine. Both system can be used separately while drilling or travelling the rig. In general operation , diesel engine used while travelling rig , electric power used for positioning on drill site and drilling .
If something wrong with energy supply , then you can use diesel power to continue drilling.
