GEMEX MP 850 is an extremely powerful Gemsa’s mid-range mineral exploration drilling rig , can be used in a wide range of drilling operations such as mineral exploration, directional drilling and geotechnical drilling all over the world – from easy access open pit mines to the remotest of areas.

Reliability is essential when drilling in tough locations. Drill rigs are based on proven and tried technology an simple design, which ensures continuous and uninterrupted operation even in the harshest conditions.
With MP 850, there is no need to rely on luck.

Open in-line form rig has been designed with ease of maintenance in mind. All components very accessible for fast and safe servicing. The entire drilling process is controlled from a single control panel providing the operator with an excellent overview of the drill site.

Even though 1000 HOA is a mid-range drill rig, still has a remarkable depth capacity. Thanks to onboard air compressor and booster access, these are all make the rig as a compact unit and can meet requirements in an impressive range of applications such as mineral exploration, directional drilling and geotechnical drilling from easy access open pit mines to the remotest of areas.

Rig is uncomplicated and user friendly with improved safety, secure rod handling and work environment. It can angle drill between vertical to 45 degree with GM 950 drill head.

MP 1500 is an extremely powerful Gemsa’s heavy-duty surface mineral exploration drilling rig and can be used in a wide range of drilling operations such as mineral exploration, directional drilling and geotechnical drilling all over the world .

Rig is uncomplicated and user friendly with ergonomic layout control panel together with secure rod handling and work environment makes MP 1500 simple to operate and maintain. This provides increased levels of safety and operational flexibility with low overall cost of ownership.
Rig can be track or truck (6x6) mounted according to customer needs.

Easy changes between reverse circulation drilling to wireline coring , provide excellent flexibility from one drilling method to another.
Accurate mineral samples can be taken at depths down to 450 meters while drilling RC.
