Doofor DF538L-BLTG is a hydraulic drifter for grout injection, tunneling work, and mining.
Typical applications include narrow vein jumbos. The Doofor DF538L-BLTG has two rotation motors for high torque. Rotation gear is robust and durable for surface and underground use.
The rock drill is equipped with a single-piece flushing box with grease lubricated flushing seals and multiple flushing leak indicator channels.

Doofor DF540L is a hydraulic rock drill designed for bolting, general excavations, and underground production drilling.
The DF540L has a very low overhead, only 82.5 mm from the drill center line. The rotation motor of the DF540L can be installed on the right-hand or the left-hand side.
The drifter is completely horizontally symmetric so that it can be installed in a variety of positions.
Flushing media can be water or air. The patented DF540L is an excellent bolting hammer with its low physical length and rugged, powerful rotation mechanism. The rock drill can be equipped with male R32, R38 and T38.
This rock drill can be equipped with stainless steel, separated flushing head for underground mining, bolting and grouting (BLT-version), which can also use female FR28 and FR32 shank adapters. Conversion from DF540L to DF540L-BLT is possible with a field conversion kit.

Air Lubricators provide lubrication for most general air preparation applications in a pneumatic system. Gemsa Air Lubricators provide optimum and uniform lubrication with fine adjustment, including those with simple piping arrangements.

An air line lubrication system should be installed, preferably on the drill rig.


Drilling Application- DTH
The lubricator reservoir should be of sufficient capacity to supply the required volume of rock drill oil for a full shift.
It is equally important that the lubricator system must be adjustable and have a visual check to ensure the lubricator does not run out of oil. Gemsa design air lubricators according to above needs and specifications. Also as a good general guide, Bulroc hammers require a third of a point of oil per 100 cfm of air through the hammer (0.07 liter per meter cubed). The amount of lubrication oil should be increased by 50% when drilling with water or foam. When new drill pipes are added to the drill string, it is recommended that a half pint (quarter of a liter) of rock drill oil is poured into the pipe to provide a good internal coating and helps prevent the hammer from running dry at any time.
The grade of rock drill oil will be determined by the ambient temperature at the drilling site. If the ambient temperature is between 0 and 25 degrees centigrade, then a 30 grade oil should be used. If the ambient temperature is greater than 250 degrees centigrade, then use a 50 grade oil.
