Marmorok 90 EC is Gemsa’s surface DTH drill rig, has 22kW electric motor for drilling and tramming purposes. Perfect choice for small scale marble, limestone and granite quarries. Perfect choice for fuel economy. Rig designed to increase productivity while reducing overall cost of ownership and also complying with all important safety standards. Thanks to onboard air compressor, these are all make the rig as a compact unit.
Marmorok 90 EC can achieve depths approaching 40 meters (drill hole : Ø 90 mm) in good conditions and capable of drilling from vertical to horizontal and also inclined. All service points can be easily accessed and maintained. Daily service points are accessible without removing any panel.

MARMOROK 90 EC is Gemsa’s new rig but known as high performance in terms of speed, reliability and long life.
* Rig allows greater flexibility in positioning and capable of drilling from vertical to horizontal and also inclined.
* Rig has GEMSA DW Model Drill Head can drill in both ways. It is designed to increase productivity and save time.
* Feeding System : Negative Brake Planetary Gearbox with Hydraulic Motor.
-Pull Back Force : 25 kN ( 2,5 tones @ 160 bar )-Pull Back Speed : 30 m/min

MARMOROK 90 EC Version 1 :

• 22 kW GAMAK electric motor for tramming & drilling
• 55 kW (380V-50Hz) electric motor to drive onboard
air compressor
– Air compressor working pressure : 13bar (188psi)
– FAD (Free air delivery): 7 cu. m/min ( 247cfm)
• Field test result : 12-15 m/hour drilling speed

MARMOROK 90 EC Version 2 :

• 22 kW GAMAK electric motor for tramming & drilling
• 45 kW (380V-50Hz) electric motor to drive onboard
air compressor
– Air compressor working pressure : 10bar (145psi)
– FAD (Free air delivery): 6 cu. m/min ( 211cfm)
• Field test result : 9-10 m/hour drilling speed

MARMOROK 90 EC Version 3 :

• 22 kW GAMAK electric motor for tramming & drilling
• 55 kW (380V-50Hz) electric motor to drive onboard
air compressor
– Air compressor working pressure : 7bar (101,5psi)
– FAD (Free air delivery): 6 cu. m/min ( 211cfm)
