WATER / FOAM PUMP

Dynaset water pump comes with jet cleaning gun. Metal bottle for antifreeze for protection of overnight freezing is for 10 liters and 20 liters foam rezervoir for foam injection via DYNASET PUMP.

HPW-pump transforms hydraulic power into a pumping fluid flow and pressure. PATENTED construction of HPW-pump is based on HYDRAULIC PISTON-TO WATER PISTON PRINCIPLE, when any rotating part is excluded. Water or any other pumping fluid can be taken from natural source, reservoir or pressure

WELDING GENERATOR

DYNASET hydraulic generator is used which compact and integrated all-in-one units, especially designed for mobile installation. The only power source is a hydraulic system to provide generator with required hydraulic fluid flow at demanded pressure. DYNASET hydraulic welding generator transforms hydraulic power into a high quality electricity, which is to be used either for welding or for energising electrical tools, appliances and other equipment.

For Rotation, Feed Down, Feed Up, Air , and Flushing water ( With diaphragm splitter for dirt not to block the gauge) . Separate manometer connection plugs for each pump for test and pressure adjustment procedure.

OIL FILTRATION

No suction oil filter, Pressure and return filters. For adding oil there will be a pumping system which will pass the oil through filter, by hand pump Macnaught RVP Rotary vane oil and fuel pump c/w Fuel Filter.

CYCLONE

Metal frame CYCLONE with replacement wear elements and Nylon Bag base . Cyclone has chance to be slided out from rig and to iner envelope of the rig. Cyclone and control panel areon same side of the rig LFS.

CONTROL PANEL

Most controls mounted on the  control panel. Starting at the top with all engine functions & electrics. Middle section for aux functions, HIAB, dust collector, jacks, mast lift etc etc. The bottom section for all drilling functions & controls.       All controls two way only type, not 4 way. They are Up & Down action only.  There is a LCD Monitor, displays the following functions; v Output RPM of Rotation Rod v Speed of Drilling Process v Rpm, Flow abd Pressure of Mud Pump v Angle of Mast v Error margin of Accurate Measurement is %1       On the Second Control Panel, will be consisting of manually traction controll and speed controll. Hydraulic Oil Temperature, Engine Oil Pressure, Engine Water Temperature, Engine Speed Controll and Emergency Stop.      There is a Radio Controll System, which operates for safety regulations during tramming process meanwhile controlling traction speed and engine RPM and emergecny stop.

AIR SYSTEM & HOSES

For air hose we use Textile braided hydraulic hoses. These are good for both air and for water. Air hose diameter is 1 1 / 2 inch. –EQUATOR/2 capacity with working pressure 100 bar/1450 psi. Air line on the machine is Blue color, Air hose will be assisted with steel cable for safety and for connection points there will be safety socks from galvanized steel ropes.

Air System is based on Hydraulic Controlled DN 40 PN 100 Carbon Steel Monoblock Ball Valves.
